Spring 1 WOW Starter

This term we are studying the rainforest. We wrote about what we already know about the rainforests (lots of us have already found out lots of facts from our home learning over Christmas!). We then had a think about what we would like to know and wrote the questions down in our books. We discovered that there is an invisible line around the world called the equator, and that rainforests can be found between the tropics of Cancer and Capricorn, where the climate is both hot and very rainy. In groups we made our own terrariums that have their very own built-in water cycle!
